Help with Product Verification

If your code returned INVALID, BLOCKED, or EXPIRED, follow these guided checks before using the product.

01

Double-check the code

  • Confirm you typed all letters and numbers correctly.
  • Watch for common mix-ups like O vs 0, I vs 1.
  • If there is a QR code, try scanning it again instead of typing.
02

Inspect the label & packaging

  • Check that the label is not tampered with, scratched off, or re-glued.
  • Compare the packaging with a known original product if possible.
03

If the result is INVALID

  • The code is not found in our system.
  • A fake product may be using a random or copied code.
  • Do not consume or use the product until you have contacted the seller or brand.
04

If the result is EXPIRED

  • The code has passed its validity period.
  • Check the physical expiry date printed on the product.
  • Contact the seller or brand for replacement or further guidance.
05

If the result is BLOCKED

  • The code has been blocked due to suspicious activity or reported issues.
  • Treat this product as potentially unsafe or counterfeit.
  • Stop using the product immediately and contact the brand.
06

Contact the brand or support

Reach out to the customer care or support channel printed on the product or packaging. When you contact them, provide:

  • A clear photo of the product and the code label.
  • The verification result you received (VALID, INVALID, BLOCKED, or EXPIRED).
  • Where and when you purchased the product.
